I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Before hiring Leading by Example, I specifically asked if the company had insurance, and I was assured they did. However, when I attempted to file a claim for my damaged glass dresser (valued at $750), I discovered the business is registered as a painting company—not a licensed or insured moving service. This is an excellent full service moving company! They arrived promptly, with tools in hand, ready to work!! They packed our kitchen , dismounted tvs, disassembled furniture, wrapped delicate items and transported everything safely to our home where all of our items were placed neatly where we wanted them with no scratches or damage.
