I really loved my experience with this company. Excellent communication during every step, fast, efficient, and very careful with all of my belongings. I’ve moved over a dozen times in the last few years and they made it the most stress-free move I’ve ever had. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy moving company.
Horrible moving service with little to no customer service and predatory mover behavior. Movers threatened to keep my items. Police department got involved and even then they would not release my items. Did not apply my $25 service fee
Worst experience ever. They broke my tv and the movers didn’t even have the decency to tell me. The communication was very very poor. I reached out several times wanting an update on my replacement and no one answered me. When they finally got me my replacement, I asked for mourning service to be added and they dropped it off and say yeah someone coming later. The most professional and safe handling movers in Atlanta and surrounding. They don’t beat around the bush like other movers when telling you a timetable for the move and pricing. Great prices , Twain and his crew were great. Great attitudes and respectful. I recommended ANYONE to do business with them
