We stopped today for the first time. We love Leaders & love John. First, the store has so much more than outside furniture. If you are looking for Florida style decor, this is your place. An added bonus is that the items are of good quality but really reasonably priced. Second, John is so friendly & helpful. We are so glad we stopped.
Store experience was great, but the delivery experience is awful. They hire unprofessional, foul, thugs to deliver the furniture. The delivery people hit a structure on the property with their truck, yelled at people in our condo and were aggressive acting with me. Really poor experience. Our floors got damaged and scratched from delivery person tossing a chaise lounge.
Great store lots of inventory
Don’t get the warranty, it doesn’t cover damage from wildlife for outdoor furniture. No claws or jaws, so realistically the warranty is basically useless unless the unit catches fire.
Been a long time shopper at Leaders Furniture. Shopping today for accessories & John was kind enough to help us out.
