Absolutely wonderful shopping in store. We were looking for an item that nobody carries in showrooms, yet there was a huge selection here. Lots of styles and variety to explore firsthand. It's nice to be able to feel what is comfortable for you or see in person what fits your style. We've been buying outdoor furniture from Leaders for many years. The quality of their furniture is incredible and they have beautiful accessories, etc. We've had some of our Leaders furniture for 15 years and it still looks amazing. We moved to South Carolina, but still came back to Leaders to get our new outdoor furniture. We worked with John at the Clearwater store and he was great. Our condominium complex recently had an issue with some of the furniture we purchased last year that was still under warranty and John Kenyon and the staff at the Clearwater Leaders store stood behind their product and replaced all 19 pieces that displayed issues. We are very pleased with the level of service and support that has been provided to us. Thank you to you all.
This is our third purchase from Leaders. We love the opportunity to order custom tables and chairs from a variety of vendors and select fabrics and finishes.Thank you Gregg for your recommendations. Although some items can be a little pricey, it is custom, not Costco. What is a bargain is the beautiful wall and artwork pieces displayed throughout the store. We own several. They look like art festival pieces at an affordable price.
