I had the best experience ever from the leaders store in Lakeland. The staff Jessica, Roland and Dennis were so helpful. A no pressure store. You can browse around at your convenience. I went in looking for a dining room set and I walked out with buying a dining room a few lamps and decor. We needed to replace our outdoor dining set after Hurricane Irma ruined ours. Jessica was so helpful, without being pushy or intrusive, in my making the decision without my husband seeing it, too. I purchased a beautiful Tropitone set that should last a very long time. I have bought many Frontgate pieces in the past. Leaders’ is just as good with a much better price and with no shipping. As a realtor I'm frequently asked by my buyers to help them shop for furniture and decorate their new homes. Leaders is my place to go for beautiful "Florida style" furniture. The staff is always friendly and helpful without being in the customers face. The furniture and accessories are beautiful with so many selections, the customers always keep comin back.
Our experience buying our lanai furniture was excellent at Leaders Casual Furniture in Lakeland. We were shown the type of furniture we enquired about, allowed uninterrupted time to browse, had help with questions when we required it, and treated extremely well during the sale. Flora Lovett our salesperson was pleasant, helpful and interested in meeting our needs. We left the store quite happy!
Just a note to tell you how professional and helpful Pam was at the store on Dale Mabry in Tampa. She was very patient with my wife and I as we tried to narrow down the choices. Since we got our furniture , we are the talk of the neighborhood.
