I applied for a loan with this company I was assigned to Tyson Hobbs, when I first spoke with Tyson he went through my credit and recommended I pay of over half my credit card and give them a call back and they’d get me approved. I did just that called him back to let him know, upon doing so he told me he’d let the loan officer know that it had been paid and he would get back with me Tyson never called back. Used them to do our refi back in April of 2020. Not one single issue. Easiest, fastest, refi I’ve ever done out of the 4 in the past 15 years. It’s been almost a year now and they’re still our mortgage company. Typically, after a refi, the company will sell your loan off to another mortgage co within the first 6 months. Refreshing to still have the same one we signed with. No complaints whatsoever, in fact, I have recommended them to at least 3 other people who used them for their refi’s.
