mortgage loan officer Byron Tucker really took the time to listen to my situation then presented multiple scenarios along with his personal recommendation, leaving the final choice up to us. Usually in this industry I have found loan officers to be rushed and in and out, not putting the customer first. Don't go anywhere else-Byron ROCKS! I was very impressed with Byron & how quickly he took care of my loan. I had talked to Metlife, BOA & Bank Ok. who only wanted to talk bad about the other lenders I was talking to-whenever a company talks bad about another company, I don't care to give them my business. My friend went w/BOA-it took over 3 months to close, Metlife didn't disclose ALL the amounts to close & Bank of Oklahoma said 1 thing yet it was complete diff. story when I asked to see it in writing. CLOSED IN 10 WORKING DAYS! I was told by every bank in town that I would not get approved, realtors asked for my ??primary info?? and were pulling my credit w/out my knowledge and apparently saw my credit score and assumed I wasn??t worth the time so I was not being shown homes in person, had to find my home on the internet. The way it should be done I was referred to Mr. Tucker after a friend had learned of the situation me and wife were going through with our lender at the time. We are first time home buyers, and were excited about the tax credit and becoming home owners. Needless to say the first bank was not up to snuff.
