Juliana Perez the branch manager is top notch . She was extremely helpful with me and answered back quickly with any concerns I had. Lilith was also a big help. Glad I found this branch
I just opened an account at this branch of leader bank so I'm too new a customer to make any strong recommendations. However I was extremely nicely greeted by omaima, lilith, and Melanie and they helped me through all the administrative forms in record time. I very much look forward to developing a long-term relationship with this branch of leader Bank.
Have been a customer for 10 years, however, after Covid shut down, the management changed -- and it's no longer your friendly, neighborhood bank. I have had problems with online login and you have to call the tech support (not available on weekends) and even after talking to the brunch manger, no one looked in on the problem. I have to create new password every month to log in! Savings rate is 1% vs 5% of other banks, and you have to make a request for them to "look into the rates" vs other banks automatically increasing the... read more
