We recently closed on a house, with a mortgage from Leader via Jimmy O'Malley. We went with Jimmy for pre-approval based on our realtor's recommendation, and (after shopping around a bit for rates) stuck with him in our final decision. We could not be happier! He was able to quickly match the best quoted rates we got, and throw in some extra lender credits and a float-down option to boot. Beyond that, he was very communicative and friendly. We cannot recommend Jimmy and Leader Bank enough.
Jimmy handled our mortgage (3rd one!!! ) as if we were his only client. From checking in just to see how things were going to navigating the crazy rate fluctuations to personally checking In days after we closed, jimmy proves he is as fabulous during the rough markets ( now) as he was when it was the low percentage ( 2.75%!!!) if you need a mortgage, Jim O’Malley is the only resource you need - EVER!!!
Nick and his team did an outstanding job on cash out refinancing on my apartment building. Made the whole process effortless and clearly explained all my queries during the process.
Excellent experience, very smooth authorization process, only minor bumps on the way applicable to self-employed, which can be improved. David Conti is great, very efficient but at the same time, kind and understanding.
