I have no idea how this company would have a 4.9 rating. I gave them almost a week to find me a carrier and they did not. The communications with them was horrible and I had to keep calling Max to get an update on my transport status. Don't use them.

over promised and under delivered. Originally quoted $900 with a guaranteed departure day. Price ended up being over 25% more with a different departure and arrival day. I understand they only bid out to trucking companies but there was no transparency. I later found out he put out a bid for $1200 to the trucking company so there was never any real attempt to get me the price he quoted. Do NOT use Leader Auto Ship!!! They use sexual predators to transport your auto and they don't tell you that they are registered sex offenders coming to your house or business!!! The carrier was convicted of 2 rapes against girls that are 12 & 15 years old!!! I called to report it to the company and they don't do background checks on the companies they use to transport your cars! DO NOT USE LEADER AUTO SHIP!!! STAY AWAY!!
