Honestly pathetic I wanted to pay my loan off today I called and told them I was on my way because I work the same hours they’re open they confirmed they’d be there then she locked the door on me and I said you can’t give a customer you’ve had for 4 years 5 mins of time to pay you 4K and she just kept saying sorry as she continued to shut the door. On top of that I’ve had them mess up my payments etc in the past I am pissed to say the least! Terrible customer service.
I had $1600 in cash to open an account here. They would not let me because I didn’t have their approved piece of mail with a my address on it. After searching I had 3 different types of proof but not good enough for them. I leave and call to talk to a manager but they said manager was busy that’s fine I understand that...But I instantly hang up and call back to ask if another piece of mail I had would work.
