We made an initial appointment with Pathum. We were 10 minutes early. Reception says he is on his way. Came back at the appointment time. Waited 10 more minutes and still have not shown up. We left after that. Then we received a call from Pathum 20 minutes after the appointed time. The reason for his tardiness was that there was something wrong with his phone. NOT a great first impression for a business. I am not interested in working with someone who shows no respect for other people's time.
