We have financed homes through Lead Funding. Be aware that Al R******* V.P., a large, overweight man, will show up unannounced at your home brandishing a gun as he did at two of our homes for inspections. He is a frightening individual. He killed the family rescue dog and lost a cat at our residence. I would not recommend doing business with this company and their unprofessional and frightening behavior in these present times of unstable conditions.

Loan defaults are rare within Lead Funding's loan portfolio. We pride ourselves on partnering with our investors and add to their success.
