We would like to recognize the branch manager, Tierra Green, at your South 7 highway Blue springs facility. We had an issue with our debit cards. Tierra was welcoming, helpful and very professional. The issue was resolved almost immediately. Tierra kept us informed with follow-up phone call informing us the issue was officially resolved.

My family and I were driving through Kansas City on a road trip when we happened to get caught in a gnarly storm and tornado warning. We tried outrunning the storm, but it was no use. With two young kids in the car, we were getting nervous. We pulled into Lead Bank, only to find a notice on the door that the branch was temporarily closed during the tornado warning.
