We had a lot of planning questions and Katie was great.
I get why this place is called lead bank because they will lead you on and on. I attempted to make a bank account on a Thursday with them and brought all of my documentation, they told me it would be done Friday or Monday at the latest. I bet you can guess it wasn’t done by either date. Nor did they reach out to me to inform me about the process.
