I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely clueless at the bank period. Mobile deposit for community first bank is an absolute joke. Just stay away.
This was Lead Bank before it was purchased by community first Bank. The staff from lead Bank is excellent and Outstanding customer service.
I'll never do business there. The won't do business with you of you don't have an account even if from put of the area. I was directed to use their ATM. After getting a high dollar amount from their ATM they still wouldn't even let me trade for larger bills. Not a very friendly community I guess.
