Just visited this store that I have used a lot over many years. Was always a bit concerned about the fruit and veg, which was sometimes close to, or even over the used by date, and did not always look fresh, but generally OK. Under new owners, it has got much worse. Just found literally rotting avocados and 4 days out of date lettuce mix. Nothing wrong.
Nice and easy on way home for the few things that could be needed to complete dinner.. or satisfy teenagers tastes.
Great local supermarket. Well stocked with good variety of items. Terrific staff, friendly, polite and helpful. Only let down is the owner/manager (not sure which). Treats his staff terribly. Incredibly rude and speaks down to them in front of customers. Grown man treating young people so badly, not a good look mate.
