Ordered 3 items. One (the most expensive) was the incorrect item. Instead they sent a very cheap product. My requests to have the item exchanged are being ignored. They have limited ways to contact them. This seems to be their way of doing business given the number of similar reviews.

SCAM. Got a great deal from ozbargain. Bought 2 mini massage guns for $46 delivered. Recieved it in a few days. Opened and did not work. Contacted and lodged a dispute. No answer for a week. Also sent an email on day 5. No answer. It's a SCAM.
Very unprofessional seller and telling a lie. I ordered 2 products at night 11th March 2025 with express shipping. Seller generated the label in the morning on 12th March. I contacted the seller that when they will post the express parcel? First they replied that they already *packed and sent* but in the next reply seller advised that Aus post will come to pick today (12th March).
