I successfully added to cart and paid for an order for two cassettes that were offered at a great price ($15 ea) only to have the order cancelled the next morning with no reason given. After my order was cancelled, the cassettes had their price readjusted ($35 ea). The new price was well and truly above market rates (~$25ea). Poor form with the bait and switch.

I ordered the "Azur Pannier Rear Rack & Panniers Bike Bicycle Bags Set WaterProof" from this company in October 2025. It was advertised as a "combo" which, in conjunction with the images and description, I took to mean consisting of both the bags and the rack. After two weeks without communication, I enquired as to when the order would arrive. Ordered 3 items. One (the most expensive) was the incorrect item. Instead they sent a very cheap product. My requests to have the item exchanged are being ignored. They have limited ways to contact them. This seems to be their way of doing business given the number of similar reviews.

SCAM. Got a great deal from ozbargain. Bought 2 mini massage guns for $46 delivered. Recieved it in a few days. Opened and did not work. Contacted and lodged a dispute. No answer for a week. Also sent an email on day 5. No answer. It's a SCAM.
