I really wanted to love this experience, but unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing spa visits I’ve had—especially at this price point. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, with instructions to arrive at 9:45 AM. I arrived early at 9:20 AM, hoping to enjoy the amenities beforehand. Very rough spa experience. This facility seems like the spa was an afterthought inside the hotel as it is small and lacks much comfort or ambiance. My massage was like an endurance test - do not believe the therapist was qualified whatsoever. She missed most of the basics and the quality of the massage was poor. Pricing was on par with Four Seasons but value was extremely poor. The lady who checked us out tried to cover with a discount but it was still very expensive and not an enjoyable visit.
