We were staying at the Lotte Hotel and, after a long day driving and hiking at Mount Rainier, decided to try the spa the next day. We booked a 50-minute couples massage. I wouldn’t recommend getting a spa here. It is priced extremely on the higher and I expected it to be good since it’s a part of a five star hotel. The most basics of a spa were missed and it was just a back massage! Absolutely no value for so much money.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le SPA. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The facilities were spotless, and everything felt luxurious without being pretentious. Absolutely atrocious, rude staff with zero hospitality. I'm really surprised because I've always had good experience with the other parts of the hotel.
Very good spa service and very good products they use.
