Such a beautiful place, the staff are really nice and I loved my cryotherapy treatment! I feel great after just one and can't wait to go more. They have a month package for $249, seems expensive but you can go 30 times in the month, whereas a single session costs $50 and you're definitely going to want to go at least once a week so why not get the month package. So happy they set this up here in Granada Hills 😁 plenty of parking also..
I recently finished a month worth of sessions and had a wonderful time with all the treatments. especially the sauna. Andrew and the girl(I forgot her name. I think Krista) were very accommodating and very easy going. The place has good vibe and good energy!!! Highly recommend.
Great facility and great service! I did a pathway experience that included the cryo chamber, red light therapy, compression and finished off in the sauna, I left feeling like a whole different person!! I was able to get better sleep that night and experienced a smoother transition with muscle soreness in my training the next day. Andrew and his team at Awaken are amazing! Andrew is always very accommodating and attentive to his guests. He is informative about the benefits of each therapeutic approach offered at Awaken.
