Michelle is very, very good at massage therapy and I highly recommend her. I have had many massages in this life and tried Le Refuge today. Very glad I did. The space is comfortable and SkiUphill, the storefront provides free cappuccino and friendly staff. A treat on all fronts! Thank you Michelle for your talented hands, kindness and care.
Michelle is an amazing practitioner and has a way of really understanding what is going on "under the hood" with injuries. I always feel like I leave with a lot of new knowledge. Definitely one of the best in the bow Valley!
