Excellent, looking forward to every session
It’s by far the best experience I have had with physio. Albert is very professional and did a very thorough assessment with me. My right shoulder is pretty bad with all the weighted calisthenics and he pinpointed where the issue is and did some treatment for so immediate relief. He also prescribed me some exercises to strengthen the relevant muscle to help alleviate the pain. Highly recommend to everyone for his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.
I've only been seeing Mimi at Le Physique for a couple of weeks but I'm already seeing significant improvements. I came in with multiple issues – longterm pain with my neck, back, hip and feet – and Mimi was immediately on the case, pinpointing the causes and focusing on immediate pain reduction as well as effective ongoing treatment.
