I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service the staff showed guests. My issue in particular was from the very beginning we got there it was my sons best friends birthday so he's a boy at a princess party... We went to the room the children are in after all the workers ARE strangers to check on the kids and take photos. They would ask us to leave... okay we followed the rules... As cute as this place was. I would have to say it’s not worth how much you pay. We did a weekend and had 3 girls, ages 6,8,2. And one boy aged 3. The cucumber mask they just did sitting at the tables in front. When they did the hair for the girls they had hair accessories to pick from but they kept falling out. My oldest had a braid but the hair piece she got was Bobby pinned on the back not incorporated. Anyways it was fine but the youngest picked a hair clip pack and we were told we could only pick one. Extremely disappointing. It is a very difficult to get a hold of the owner via phone, we paid a deposit weeks prior, We are from out of town and planned out a weekend, paid for a hotel, to take my daughter as part of her gift to La petite princesses. We called in the morning to confirm appointment, originally at 2:30. We didn’t notice that she called back an hour later, left a voicemail saying she cancelled our appointment. Such a wonderful experience! My daughter was in awe to see princess tiana and was able to spend her birthday with her. She got her hair and nails done and then, They danced and Tiana read her a story! They took pic and talked and she didn’t want to leave! Tiana was so attentive and didn’t break character at all!! The staff here is great and we will definitely be coming back for our other daughter’s special day. Thank you all for making her day amazing! She is still talking about this moment everyday!
Such a wonderful experience for my daughter. She attended a birthday party and had the time of her life. The girls are pampered and feel so very special. She was glowing the whole day long and filled with smiles and laughter. The way the party was structured was very organized. Each child received a robe upon arrival, and asked which princess they wanted to be. From there, there was a few moments for cute photos, then they received face lotion and cucumbers for their eyes.
