Paid IN FULL PLUS TIP for a 90 min facial for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift and she only received a 30 min service. Make sure you get what you pay for. I feel awful as my mom and I are only coming to this realization now. Erin, I thought you were better than this. Edit: Erin was very sweet to reach out and take care of this misunderstanding for my mom. Problem solved in a very timely and professional manner. Thank you!
Erin is the best of the best. I've been seeing Erin for almost a year on a monthly basis and I look forward to it every time. My skin's never been better and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She's so knowledgable about everything skin related - I've learned so much from her to continue taking care of my skin after I leave our appointments. Best spa in town!!
