Only place I trust for my dark brown skin. I've been a customer for 10 out of the 15 years this establishment has service Charlotte. All employees have been well trained. I've had different services and products that have been administered with consistent care, education, and great results. I recommend this place to anybody who asks about my skin.

Love Priti and her team! I came in for a workshop to learn about a new skincare product- and ended up leaving with a new routine and a new, educated perspective on what my skin needs right now as the seasons are changing. The nice thing was- the new routine wasn't a massive up sell on product. Rather, it was focused on what I needed, removing what I don't, keeping it simple and cost effective to support long term maintenance and care for my skin.
TLDR: very poor management (as evidenced by the high employee turnover rate) I booked a Mother's Day special facial in May for my mom who was visiting from NJ. With the enhancements from the special, it was supposed to take 90 mins instead of 60. Due to traffic and GPS sending us to the other location, we were 20 minutes late which I accept responsibility for.
