My parents have been there for half a year and they are discontented. The feel like prisoners my parents shared with me. Not that they were free to come and go within reason but the fact that they didn’t have a bus to take the seniors to shopping or even the casino. Activities are not much for seniors. They may have yoga and other things but my parents feel that they are in a morgue waiting to pass on. I mean really, our parents should be at the forefront of theirs and mine happiness. Wanted to pass along our thanks to the staff at Le Pavillon for a wonderful Christmas luncheon with My Mom and my children’s Grandma. The beautiful Christmas decorations made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ann for all her hard work. My mom has been living at Le Pavillon for 4 months now. Exceptional people and services are being provided on a continuous basis. Carole the head nurse is excellent!! Anytime I have called with a concern she immediately tends to it with sincere understanding. All staff interactions I've had, have been nothing but incredibly positive and pleasant.
