J'ai acheté un Telrad et des jumelles pour l'astronomie. La livraison s'est fait très rapidement et le service a été impeccable. J'ai posé une question et j'ai eu une réponse immédiatement. Ce magasin sera mon endroit de magasinage pour les accessoires d'astronomie à l'avenir. Je vous le conseille!
J'ai commandé une poire de décantation en magasin. On m'avait dit un délais de 4 à 6 jours. Après 3 semaines on m'appele pour m'informer que l'outil en question est arrive. Je me présente en magasin j'ouvre la boite pour verifier et constater quelle est brisé...

BEWARE! Purchased a telescope from their website three weeks ago and have not received my order. No response from customer service after multiple emails. Called the phone number listed multiple times with no answer and the most recent attempt I was told I had the wrong number. Credit card has already been charged. Beware ordering from online store as it is impossible to contact somebody about my order!
