We showed up at 9h50pm, they close at 10pm. The whole store was already closed. We knocked on the windows and begged to let us in for 1 item and the lady wouldn't let us in. Basically flipped us off huffing and puffing. If its advertised to close at 10pm, close at 10pm. It's a shame, I used to love shopping there.
The products are actually really good and they have a nice selection, but unfortunately, most of the staff I’ve encountered aren’t very friendly. The customer service could definitely be better.
