En mai 2025, nous décidons de refaire la même commande pour notre autre fenêtre identique dans une autre chambre. Le store était coupé croche alors nous retournons pour le faire réparer. I am beyond thrilled with both the quality of the products and the efficiency of the at-home service, I can’t say enough! In our case, we were fortunate to have Alejandra Elizondo, who was assigned to us following my online request for at-home service. As we are tenants in a condo building, we have blinds provided by the building in all bedrooms but not in the living/dining area. Je suis entièrement satisfait du service que j’ai reçu lors de ma visite à la succursale du boul. Taschereau. Du début à la fin le service a été impeccable, la dame à l’accueil nous a demandé ce que l’on cherchait, ensuite elle nous a référé à une conseillère qui a été rien de moins qu’excellente, le produit a été prêt dans les temps estimés et lors de la cueillette le produit était tel que demandé. En un mot, rien n’a cloché, le personnel est tout simplement super! Merci encore une fois.
