Through my work with Dr. Cindy, I have found a peace within myself I had not known existed. Using the SRI exercises (Somato Respiratory Integration) has given me a valuable tool in accepting my current emotional state, provided ways to connect with and allow my energy to shift into a more positive place. I have found working with Dr. Cindy invaluable in my inner journey to free myself from old dysfunctional patterns.
I've been receiving weekly care for several months and am seeing old chronic issues with pain in my body completely disappear, am experiencing greater energy levels and a wider capacity for holding my own. This is a wonderful experience I wish for anyone who wants to shift their lives for the better. Doctor Cindy not only an excellent provider of Network Chiropractic and Somato-respiratory integration she is also incredibly nurturing, kind and generous.
