Had a negative review up after receiving sub par service over the phone. Got a call two months later saying he would help but ended the conversation with asking me to change my review. I changed the review; but never heard from him again. This place is a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Lawyer said he couldn't help without even giving a consultation, after being referred by the sc bar association.

Rude af. I called and politely started talking to see if the attorneys handle disability discrimination cases. Since that was SUCH a long sentence to get through, I was cut off and told, “I’m gonna stop you there, did you go through the bar?” Yes I did. “Ok well we will review your case and get back to you” Hahaha as if I’d trust you with my case when you can’t even be professional on the phone. What a joke. Or I don’t know maybe just disconnect your phone line if you hate incoming calls that make you money so much???
I’ve inquired on an employment question with Mr. David Ashley. The entire experience was excellent! His advice, professionalism and guidance allowed me to make a sound decision. I would certainly recommend him and the Le Clercq Law Firm for anyone who needs legal advice.
