Went for chocolate tasting. Owner has lots of knowledge and was very kind and answered all the question with a good attitude. Chocolate was also delicious
My friend and I attended the Saturday morning chocolate tasting and it was fantastic. Anna was really knowledgeable and it was so interesting (and delicious!) to learn about chocolate from all over the world and how it is made. I plan on attending again with another set of friends later this year! We have been buying Chocolate Bars for a few years that we supply to our guests in Canmore. Anna is simply amazing not only from making the best chocolate items you could possibly buy to her customer service. This is a business you should make a point of visiting.
I’m very disappointed in the dark chocolate from this supposedly Belgian style chocolatery. It tastes like milk chocolate. We purchased many styles at Easter and non of them have a quality cocoa concentration for a claimed to be dark chocolate.
