Been working with Le Chocolatier for a corporate order and it's been a blast. They are so professional and I'm very happy with the chocolates boxes they prepared for our customers. The owner is lovely. I highly recommend!
What a delightful place to visit. The owner is pastry chef turned Chocolatier and a very lovely person. We were very impressed with the quality and care of the ingredients. The chocolate comes from Belgium, which has a long history of high quality chocolate. Everything we purchased was very good but we do wish we would have purchased a chocolate shoe which is so meticulously crafted that from a distance it looks exactly like a designer shoe. This shop will be a regular stop when we are in Canmore.
Run don't walk to Le Chocolatier! Beaver Dams are about the best chocolate treat I've ever had. The chocolate is smooth and so flavorful. I'm a big fan!
