Ruchi is my facialist, and she is amazing! Always asks me what my skin concerns are and customizes my facials that day to accommodate how it’s doing. She a great listener and her face massages are amazing!
Unfortunately, bad, bad, bad facial. The woman (Ruchi) has no knowledge of what a basic facial is. She Barely clean my skin, (5min) and the rest was massage. I paid $110 for a face massage instead of a deep cleaning facial. Very disappointed :(
