They are totally unresponsive to emails and phone calls. What a shame because one of their candles really was pretty good - to be fair, though, probably not worth $17.
The citrus scent is soft, gentle yet fills my space. So relaxing!! It was the title for me lol!!! HA HA HA NO
I purchased this candle from Ross and I love it so much that I looked the company up to leave a review. It doesn’t bother my sinuses, and it leaves my room smelling so delightful!
My mom’s candle exploded when it reached the end. It was burning while she was in her living room with it. She heard the sound, saw that the glass had shattered, and blew out the still-lite flame that had just kept burning and burning. She got a photo when it happened and I made her send a clearer image for the brand name. Thankful it turned out okay, but we’re very disturbed by this.
