The customer service was quite atrocious. (Humble thyself skincare) which is at this location I was charged an additional $160 and not reimbursed I paid in full for a session with a Groupon, to which it made me book another $160 service online (per the instructions) since it was after hours. In order to secure the appointment in the first place to redeem the Groupon (which it said to redeem in store), I was forced to book it online and pay the $160, which I thought she would have no problem refunding. Yesterday was my first visit to Le’Body Med Spa, but will not be my last. The entire experience was amazing. From the moment I entered the door the receptionists Alma and Samantha was professional and friendly. During my Wellness consultation with Tia and Jean Marie I felt encouraged and inspired to start my journey to weight loss. The entire staff was great it was an experience I am looking forward to doing again. See you next week!

Joyia Summers gave me an amazing massage two nights ago! Before we even started, she took the time to sit down with me and ask thoughtful questions—if I had any areas that needed extra attention, what type of pressure I preferred, and other details to make sure the experience was exactly what I needed. What really blew me away was her massage table. It actually moves so she can lift your feet or raise your back.
