I used Le Blanc and have nothing but good things to say. He was prompt on doing them and has answered several of my questions. Always friendly.
Everyone is exactly right. Le Blanc does not answer the phone. He always says he is working on my taxes but he hasn't filed any of them since 2017. I recieved more penalties than you can ever believe. My dad, as well as myself have used them for 20 plus years for our small businesses, but ever since Le Blanc replaced his moms role at the company, its been awful.
