Total waste of time — rude, unhelpful, and completely missed the point. I called hoping for guidance on how to move forward with filing my legal documents quickly and efficiently — exactly what an LDA is supposed to help with. Instead, she repeatedly talked over me, offered no real explanation, and just kept telling me to “listen to my lawyer” or “hire a lawyer.” That’s the opposite of why I reached out.
