I have heard that no refunds will be offered how do they expect ppl to shop at the new store with this type of service..never again..
Impossible to get in contact with them about your order/delivery. Had to cancel the order after a month. I purchased the same item on an other site and I received the item 2 days later and for less. I was expecting more from LD Shop.
We ordered bar stools back in August 2023. Still no word on when we will receive them and it’s now February 2024! But here is the issue, no one is contacting me or sending an automatic email with updates! Which is something every other store have done. Furthermore, when I send an email to inquire I get absolutely no response. I understand shortages but this is just poor customer service. BEWARE!!! I ordered a $1,3000 table in March 2023. Have been in communication every month and have been told ‘it’s coming’ with the estimated delivery being pushed out further and further. Today (February 2024) they have told me they are unable to deliver and to take it up with my credit card company. No offer of refund. Absolute scam!!
update: I have been told a refund will not be offered and to take it up with my credit card company Very disappointed. Ordered 2 items and they have ghosted me. One was a bed ordered in August. The delivery partner arranged delivery 2 months ago but I needed to change the date as I was on a vacation that week. No one will reschedule, tell me where my item is, or offer a refund. The credit card company will have to be contacted for reimbursement. Seems like many others are having the same issues.
