I took my phone in for a screen replacement, but unfortunately, they did not use authorized Apple parts. As a result, my phone rejected the new screen, and I was alerted by Apple. Additionally, the replacement screen didn’t support my ‘warm’ color settings, and when I added a screen protector, the display became distorted. When I expressed my concerns, there was brief tension, but to their credit, they ultimately took back the screen, reinstalled my original screen, and refunded the $100.
