The singular worst experience I have ever had with a professional!! A disaster in every aspect imaginable from communication to deadlines to competency. Had I not pushed, my estimated taxes would have been late and I would have overpaid amounts due. I had questions that were never addressed. The IRS requested additional information and Doug Thompson failed to respond to my email and to a call, leaving us to deal with the situation ourselves.
