This used to be a wonderful, attentive local business. We used it when Lorraine ran the business and she was excellent and helped us through our first home purchase. The business has been sold and is now being run by Carter Ferguson Lawyers. The fantastic service is gone and you are now charged as if a lawyer is working for you. We couldn't get them to reply to an email or return a phone call the whole time they were 'working' for us.
