Sitting at the drive thru waiting for 10+ minutes and watching two employees not notice me because one of them is handling a customer and the other is on the computer. I don’t bank here anymore, I come here for work, but this was annoying.

Jeff Wren is always helpful when I come in. He is an excellent example of what a Branch Manager should be like. Tellers are always helpful and fast. Great branch.
The staff are professional, respectful, and the best part they are welcoming. The staff treat you like they would want to be treated when going to a bank. The drive-thru is efficiently ran and there's hardly ever a wait time longer than 5 minutes. It took alittle over 15 minutes to start a new bank account, where as other banks I've spent at least half an hour trying to get one set up. The LCNB app is easy to set up and use.
