The first experience we had with them was exactly as expected. The next though, could not have been more of a nightmare. The attorney assigned to our matter was unresponsive, could not find email attachments, and let the whole matter go for so long that time ran out for us. Here we were trusting that he was on top of things, but busy to the point of not replying, only to learn he was doing nothing.
