Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didn't know why they did & didn't do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldn't use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next year's taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior

Really love dealing with Rod. He is very responsive at any time of the year, does a great job with my taxes, and charges a very fair price. He even gave me a college discount my first year using him. I highly recommend Rod, and anyone else that comes out of this office!
