I’m baffled by all of the five-star reviews. In 25+ years of filing taxes, I’ve never had less confidence in the accuracy of my return. Communication is atrocious, and the process lacks clarity. Unbeknownst to me, different people were working on my return and my son’s, which created additional confusion when trying to communicate.
