Last 3 rides have not been very good. One guy not only showed up an hour and a half early, he called me to let me know and he was driving a tiny Mercedes! So much for easy handicap access. Next a lady picked me up at the hospital and went inside and yelled my name when all she had to do was call or text to let me know she arrived. Now today, yet another small car and it smells like cigarettes. I have gotten many rides through my insurance, but this company has been a major disappointment.
First rate company. Dependable, reliable, and friendly to our clients. Definitely my go to when my clients need transportation.
