I would recommend looking elsewhere. Randy forgot to file our informational return for 2023 and when I reached out to inquire about the notice I received. I was informer that it was beyond their “statute of limitations”. Glad we’re not doing business with them anymore.
We've used Randy now for a couple of years - he and the LB&J team have been great and proactive with helping us to find tax-advantaged strategies. He's been great working with both our financial advisor and prior accounting firm, and he's been quick to respond to any IRS notifications. Looking forward to using him and the team for years to come!
I had a terrible experience with Randall Little . He was incredibly disorganized throughout the entire process. Despite us uploading all the necessary documents to the portal, he repeatedly told us he didn’t have them. When we politely suggested that he double-check the portal before asking us again, he threw a fit and said he didn’t want to work with us anymore. I am once again appreciative and impressed with LB&J CPAs. Cory is well versed in tax preparation and all of the nuances that can present year to year. I have great confidence in this firm and have utilized their services for a few tax seasons now.
Worked with this company for years. I’ve had three different CPAs. Each constantly complained about their work load and were very difficult to get a hold of. I attempted to provide feedback around disrespectful nature of a few of the employees to leadership but one of their partners retired. I just received an email from my current CPA stating they’re having staffing issues and no longer have the bandwidth to assist moving forward. Tread lightly!
