Bad customer service!! Hahaha Kapwa pinoy pa Mismo yung mg da down sayo dito lahat sila dito ipagmumuka sayo dito na mga Filipina green card lng daw Ang habol sa America especially yung matandang babae dito inggetera Sobrang sama Nila dito wag kayo pumunta sa lugar nato. Grabe mag discriminate yung mga Tao na nag tatrabaho dito.

Bad customer service. Brought my boxes to them last May 2024, and they didn’t send them to the Philippines till June and it has been 3 months and my family hasn’t received any of the boxes I sent them. I called the customer service from Seattle and was told to track online and call the customer service in Manila instead. I heard bad things about LBC and I didn’t listen. Now I learned my lesson. Never again LBC.

Went to this place on a Saturday afternoon to send some stuff to the Philippines. The staff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I paid $7.50 for a XL balikbayan box and $90 for the sea freight service. Highly recommended!
