Louise helped me with post-partum diastasis recti and also a knee problem which had been limiting me for over a year since giving birth. My knee is no longer painful and I am so grateful to Louise for her help and expertise. I've recommended her to other people already 😊

Over the years i've had several Physio's and this was one of the best i've had, after the first session i had a big improvement to the movement of my shoulder and only needed a second session for it to be good enough not to need further treatment. If i have any further need for Physio I will definently use LB Physiotherapy again.

I first went to Louise after a serious operation on my hip 8 months previously. I was in a lot of pain and still using crutches. From the first week Louise gave me hope that I would get better. After the first week the pain was greatly reduced and for the first time I really believed that I would get back to normal. Thanks Louise for helping me and giving me the belief in myself. Im still using the exercises that you gave me and they have really helped.
