We have a private gym for functional training sessions, movement screenings and gait analysis. I visited for a sports massage. Whilst the massage was good, My 60 minute massage was cut 15 minutes short, I was shown a small excercise at the end and I left there at 1.47. I was also seen 5 minutes late at 1.05 instead of 1pm and this was not made up. 20 minutes of cut time unfortunately is disappointing, I paid £50 for 40 minutes when I booked for 60 minutes. Went to LB with severe knee pain. Emma did a great job from an initial assessment, subsequent massage and manipulation, to introducing progressive exercise routines. I have now returned to my normal life and daily activities. Thanks Emma.
Very professional and immaculately presented premises. Been treated by Abby for various treatments and given training plans for Iron Man and have weekly sports massages which are excellent. Highly recommend Abby and team LB

Had a couple of appointments with David Blossom for damaged cartilage in my knee. After 4 months of agony and difficulty walking, David has got me walking normally again with a huge reduction in the pain after just a couple of sessions. The exercises and advice he has given should enable me to strengthen both knees going forward. Much appreciated - Thanks David. Moira
