Terrible customer service. Worst I've ever had. We liked the furniture designs and spent over $10K in the store. Added to this was a mandatory "white glove" delivery charge of over $500, which we didn't need because we were moving out of NYC and all that they had to do was deliver the furniture to our moving truck 10 miles from their warehouse.
