I normally do not leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve had in general. I came in trying to buy mullet/fish bait. I could clearly see bait in the cooler, but when I asked about it, the employee immediately responded with attitude and said, “Can’t you read the menu?” while acting frustrated that I was asking questions. Very unprofessional customer service from the older woman working there. My family was treated rudely for no reason while simply trying to buy bait and live shrimp. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable.
Extremely unprofessional experience. From the beginning, the older woman working there had a rude attitude toward my dad and brother while they were trying to buy bait and live shrimp. She was acting annoyed about selling to them and even said things like ‘I don’t feel like selling to y’all’ in a laughing tone. She repeatedly told them ‘get out of here’ and sarcastically said ‘bye bye bye’ while laughing. They were also given frozen shrimp when they specifically asked for live shrimp.
