were very disappointed of the customer service! we ordered the said pump last august 2023 and until now still no action. My husband keep on calling and left a message but no reply most of the time. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the product. Bought it a year ago and replaced the airpump 3 times already. The worst is the said airpump is so expensive. It costs me for $300 2mos ago!
Not very impressive. 1. This message chairs the blue tooth or sensor is faulty. It picks up the command from the TV and starts by itself with no one sitting on it. 2. The WiFi seems to be corrupted as well. If someone in the house is having a webinar session, the sound starts transmitting from its speaker and is very loud 3. The console functions pad of this chair for choosing the different level of pressure 4. The Foot roller makes noise when someone is sitting and having their foot in the message.
